Just a little delay..

Mmm, I've been rather slow in updating, blame the return to uni and the copious amount of reading, boo! Last Friday me and Erica went to the V&A Late, a themed late night opening of a museum, with activities and goings-on and such. This one was 'Fashion Photography', and followers of Facehunter might know he was there. He negleected to snap us, (haha! his loss!) however this V&A woman was keen to photograph us repeatedly after we had finished in the DIY wearable adornment from everyday materials room.

Hmmm! The most awkward smiles ever!
Incase you couldn't tell, Eric's made her gold bow bracelet and pink brooch, and I made my origami/fortune teller headpiece.

I have quite a thing for making fortune tellers you see...

My fortune-teller installation-thingy, (with my friend Jen's work on the left) and a Asterix comic fortune-teller birthday card for my friend Shadi.

We forgot to take any outfit shots that night, but perhaps I should point out the rest of me looked like this:

I drew on my tights, something I'd been meaning to do for ages, but the colour seems to be fading...Mainly because it comes off all over my hands when I put them on, despite it being permanent pen. I think perhaps a higher denier would work better.

Woah the tights look like the Bebaroque tattoo tights, they are fantastic! I drew tattoo designs all over a t-shirt once...but I kinda wrecked it cos I washed it without ironing it through another layer of fabric to set the ink!

you could silkscreen if you set up a specialized situation.
